Refund Policy

At Tekhelp, we strive to provide dependable and high-quality support. Your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the nature of our work—time-based, service-oriented, and digital—certain limitations apply to refunds. Please review our refund guidelines carefully.

Subscription Plans

  • Refunds are not provided for completed or partially used subscription plans.
  • To avoid renewal charges, cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle.
  • If your plan includes rollover eligibility, any unused hours will follow the terms of your specific subscription.

Hourly Plans

  • No refunds will be issued for unused hours once the plan has been activated.
  • Hours must be used within the time period specified in your plan, after which they will expire.

Ad Hoc Services

  • Refunds are considered only if no support has been delivered (i.e., no troubleshooting, consultation, or remote access has taken place).
  • If eligible, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Shopify Services

Due to the customised nature of our Shopify services:

  • The initial 50% payment is non-refundable, as it covers project planning, setup, and early execution.
  • If a project is canceled after commencement, the client is responsible for all work completed up to that point, calculated based on the agreed scope or hourly rate.
  • No refunds will be issued for fully completed Shopify services.
  • No refunds can be issued once a Shopify development store has been transferred to the client’s ownership or account.

Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Email us at techies@tekhelp.io.
  • Include your proof of purchase and a brief description of your request.
  • We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
