WhatsApp authorisation credentials are retained while the relevant business account remains connected. One-time verification codes are expired promptly and are not retained as readable plaintext.

When a business disconnects the integration, we delete or anonymize its integration data unless continued retention is required for legal, billing, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

Tekhelp services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we’ve collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
